I was trying to post a question about how to process my surfeit of ground turkey before freezing it, but apparently I can't create tags on the fly, and none of the existing ones fit. Off the top of my head, missing useful tags I could have used include: - turkey - poultry - food-storage - food-safety - freezing If new users can't create tags, there needs to be an effort to build out a generic tag tree, ideally hierarchical, that includes categories like meat, vegetables, fruit, allergens, common cooking techniques, etc. There's a tag for "ginger" but not "spices"? ("spicy" and "spices" are not at all the same thing) "Mexican-cuisine" but no other regional markers? (Don't get me wrong: This site is a nice proof of concept but needs some work to get out of beta.)
