- I am using an induction burner and a Zwilling wok; I picked Zwilling because I heard they're the best. Full disclosure...I'm not affiliated with Zwilling. I don't know why, but Zwilling makes only [two woks](https://www.zwilling.com/ca/cookware/woks-stir-fry-pans/?prefn1=spec_substance&prefv1=Stainless%20Steel%7CCast%20iron%7CGlass) with a handle on the other side. - The only option is [Vista Clad 30 cm / 12 inch 18/10 Stainless Steel Wok](https://www.zwilling.com/ca/zwilling-vista-clad-30-cm-%2F-12-inch-18%2F10-stainless-steel-wok-65029-830/65029-830-0.html?cgid=cookware_woks-stir-fry-pans). How can I be more successful in cooking my fried rice without sticking and making a mess?
